You can remove that tangle while it’s printing
Take the spool off the holder and you can slowly pull the under loop out and and untwist it while its still printing just keep a hand on the rest so it doesnt unwind.
I suggest getting some filament clips like the k2 clip https://www.printables.com/model/292793-k2-filament-clip so that while your handling the filament it doesn’t get looped on it self.
