Black ASA
Do you have a probe thermometer that you can verify your drier is reaching 70c?
nope but assuming the dryer racks (pet probably) melted under load its somewhere near that
You could assume that but you never know what kinda crazy mix polymers there is out there, maybe look for a recycling symbol? It might at least assure it wasn’t a low temp polymer. As for actually getting to the bottom of drying conditions I’ve had the pop and sizzle, it was never anything my dryer didn’t take care of in under 12 hours. If there any air flow in the drying chamber ? I run 2 blowers To he’s the air morning and the moisture escaping the chamber. Know that’s prob not much help tho sorry.
its a food dehydrator
Honest I had lots of trouble with the dehydrator I had as my first on. It was to the point I designed and made my own custom one.
😅😅
@manic ivy can you print asa
yes, i have printed asa in open air a few times on the e3 printer.
@manic ivy can you paint asa
Yes, you can paint ASA. ASA has good water and chemical resistance, which makes it an ideal choice for outdoor applications. The surface can be painted with acrylic or enamel paints to give the desired colors.
