#TPU95 Profile for Bambu X1C

Maybe better to post this in #1046054303581876254 ?
Finally, I did some tests and my problem was the max volumetric speed was too high at 6. I lowered it at 3 and it worked flawlessly.
We're printing batches with TPU90 on our X1C with very good results.
The most difficult part is spool changes where the printer can fail to load the new filament properly (not using AMS).
I'm getting ready to print some BL TPU for the first time. Does anyone have a comparison between BL's TPU and Polymaker TPU. And is there a benefit to using the HT TPU? I have both X1C and P1P.
We have some BL TPU but haven't printed with it yet. We've used Fiberology 30D too but found Polymaker TPU90 a better balance of consistency and soft TPU. We're getting very consistent printing performance and few clogs while in use.
The only times we have trouble is on spool changes mid-print which our X1C does not handle as well as our Prusas.
@tame bane what settings did you ultimately settle on? I started with the Bambu TPU profile and got a TON of stringing. at the point i have the print temp at 205 and retraction at 7mm and 50mm/s with only very minor improvement :/
Yes can you please share your profile?
Always ensure that your filament is dried correctly.
See above. I printed some Iphone bumper cases and it printed perfectly (after drying).
@harsh moth my profile looked exactly like what Francis attached above. But do note that I am using TPU90 not TPU95
the answer to my question: DRY the filament 12hrs using the X1s drying feature and I am getting perfect prints!
@tame bane @still sorrel Do you have pictures to share? Would really like to see the print quality.
@cloud burrow bottom are before drying the TPU, above is after. There is still some minor stringing but as you can see there was a huge improvement
