#How to appeal for top-up issues in-game

Process:
click settings icon > support
select "top-up problems"
choose any of these options depending on what operating system are you using when the failed transaction happened
then choose "contact us" and a message tab will open for you. Kindly explain the details of the problem along with the screenshot of the receipt of the purchase/s you'll need help with.
For Android users:
you'll need to send a receipt of the purchase showing the GPA of the transaction like the image below (but don't censor the details when you contact in-game support)
where to see the GPA or order number of your purchase?
For IOS users:
you'll be needing to send:
(1) payment receipt
(2) payment proof
kindly read the instructions below on how to get the designated infos. (this information is also available in-game)
- special note: Purchases under pending isn't considered as successful purchase as the payment is yet to be done. In this case, you'll need to contact Apple Support instead of LifeAfter in-game support.
re-open the same report tab to check for their response (typically gets a response within 3 days).
also note that: contacting in-game support is only available in mobile and none in pc. You may reach out to discord's @glass wraith otherwise.

@lapis path Yes, mine is android. Payment done. Fed membership activated. But fed credits not credited. That's the issue.
