She's strong. There's no reason to buff her. Pre-nerf she was one of the most oppressive PVP units in the game. She's part of the reason we got the ship deployment limit change.
The only reason she isn't seen much is people don't use her because few people want to 110 a second Xiao Lin.

Well the idea was that Nest Keeper should be stronger because right now there is absolutely no reason to use her over Kestrel. Plus Nest Keeper is 5 cost compared to the 4 cost Kestrel.

I'm not really sure what to say. She was a cancer for like half a year on SEA and even longer on KR.
Her current iteration is still good and she shouldn't be getting upped at all. The only reason her usage rates are low is because most people don't want to invest in a towerlin when they already have kestrel.
You can ask around for the general community concensus on the unit but there are far worse characters than towerlin.

I doubt the general consensus of the community would be that helpful if most don't even own Tower Lin. Most likely it would just be "she's trash".

I feel that Best Mascot (Irie) could also probably be buffed, but that's just me.
