Parrots perching on your shoulder crashes the game

I cannot enter a world due to a parrot on my shoulder, as every time I load the parrot model (even in inventory), it crashed. I narrowed it down to be caused by the ETF mod.

@hot wedge found nothing against pings in rules, so I apologise if I’m not allowed, however I am really curious as to if there’s a fix for this. I am wanting to use the mods on a server that’s on 1.20.1

*There are two logs usually relevant to mod issues, your game/latest log which is a log of everything that happens during gameplay, and your crash log which records all the details of a crash and **only *those crash details.
A crash log is sometimes not enough information it is good to provide both.
