ETF and EMF crashed my modpack

When I add this mods in my modpack, Minecraft says that mods loaded with error(but when I play without this mods? all good, situation with mods on second pic, without-on first pic)
ETF and EMF for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1

I asked the support staff of my launcher and they don't know how to solve it either

for me, I just forgot to remove optifine

I removed OptiFine and ModernFix in my modpack, and it don't help
