There's no texture declared in the creeper.jem, but also, there's no .jem for the creepercharge, should there be?
Hmmm, I just checked the Fresh Animations 1.9 pack and see there is a creeper_charge.jem - as FreshLX has done the Creeper animation for Patrix, I'll mention this in mod chat, see if it's just been missed on included files.

Hmm - ok, found the missing file, my fault - I moved it to test - but the animation isn't working correctly, so I'll sort it with Patrix & FreshLX in Patrix discord, looks like my FA charged creeper is doing the same odd wiggle

The wiggle is part of freshs animations
