Well I got my deck back at launch and tried it a couple of times and you're gonna need keyboard and mouse and after you've installed steam and windows onto the deck you need to basically need to go through the process of having windows realize that your deck is a controller and even then not everything works properly it'll act as default buttons can't even change them and the track pads are a nightmare

Hello guys, first of all, I'm so sorry for the wall of text, but I have a problem and don't know where to ask because I didn't find a help/ open a ticket page here... but over the past few days (or weeks) I've been running into the same issue over and over again; I couldn't play.
I downloaded the game from the official website and have don't ZERO modifications (if that's even possible, idk.) But a lot of times when I tried to log in, it kept me on a 'Loading resources' screen that went on for (and I'm not kidding) 4 hours, I'm not sure if it even went away at some point because I just closed the game with a big sigh. Other times I got kicked out after a few seconds in the loading screen or sometimes immediately after I opened the launcher with the message that something went wrong and that I should restart the launcher and try again, which I did many times but it never fixed anything at all. I restarted my PC and un- + reinstalled the game a few times as well because maybe its just a missing files thing, or my WIFI is acting up, but it never really helped either.
I wanted to ask if there was still maybe a way for me to get the missing rewards from the Pristine Monthly Pass Tribute, as I'm only on day 18 and there are only 7 days left, which obviously isn't enough. I'm kind of sad and frustrated because I don't know where anything here went wrong and I don't know how to maybe fix it.

after installing, change the path to

to skip the game reinstall, you can move/copy the GRYPHLINK/games folder from one prefix to the other
