I just got a weird bug due the start of the last recent event.
For first of all, I chose a delievery to this NPC, but when I finally arrived I found that's there is no any NPC which I need.
So with the information that she now staying somewhere else, I dicied to start do her event, but now she totally bugged - I can't start talk with her because game don't understand what I'm trying to do with the activity on F - make a delivery or start event dialogue. It's all the time shows sensless message "Come closer and try again".

This is even aren't my own delivery, it's belongs to another player, I can't give it up. Delivery timer is over 2,5 days what is mean I can't take new deliveries at this period as also no way to start this event all of this time.

I tried switch quests for tracking, restart game, reboot PC. I guess it's system bug so I have no any chances to fix it somehow.

Crashes occur at loading screens most of the time but can also happen during normal gameplay.
