The dynamic system basically has to first clean the memory at the addresses it wants to reserve for the GPU and then only after that it can allocate it and then everything has to be told to not use that memory and you have to tell the CPU, GPU the driver and Windows that that memory is now reserved for the GPU which adds overhead when you have a vram intensive application

Other games record fine, only Endfield has no audio, so it might be something like the game blocking internal audio capture.
