I'm beat. I have releasing resources since yesterday. Feel like I tried everything. I restarted PC, I have it running as administrator ever since 1.0, I have windows defender disabled, I have no other antiviruses, I tried to reinstall the game, changed the disk I store it on, rebooted numerous times, reopened the game directly from folder, bypassing launcher. Now im reinstalling it for the third time today, (c/h)oping something will change. This problem persisted since 1.0. Used to play on mobile, but I want to expirience this version on a PC. 1. If you're on PC and have a controller around, plug in and start the game with the controller active
2. If you're on mobile, you can try geforcenow and its "virtual controller" pad
3. If you're don't have a controller and you're not on mobile, use Steam Remote Play or Sunshine+Moonlight and use your phone as a controller

Thanks for the suggestion, I ran Reliability Monitor. The "hardware error" Windows logged turned out to be a LiveKernelEvent 193 pointing to dxgkrnl (DxgCreateLiveDumpWithWdLogs2). The GPU driver stopped responding, got reset by the watchdog, and Windows just mislabels that category as "hardware error"

I've already run DISM & SFC /scannow earlier in my troubleshooting. All came back clean

I recently received "Certificate of Delivery" items (Weapon Supply Tickets) in my inventory. However, when I navigate to the Armament Exchange (Weapon Banner) to use them, the entire UI becomes unresponsive.
I cannot click any buttons, including the "Exchange" or "Supply" buttons. The screen appears frozen regarding user interaction.
Steps to Reproduce:
I have the certificates in my inventory (see attached screenshot 1).
I navigate to the "Armament Exchange" / "Center of Procurement".
The banner screen loads, but I cannot click anything on the screen (see attached screenshot 2).
Troubleshooting attempted:
I have restarted the game client.
I have reloaded the game.
The issue persists after these attempts.
Please assist me in resolving this issue so I can use my certificates. I have attached screenshots of my inventory and the frozen banner screen for reference.

If DLSS is missing (common on 4GB VRAM cards like the RTX 3050 Mobile which I'm using), use this Steam launch option to spoof an RTX 3060 (since edit boot.conf doesn't work at least for me):

Notes:

• Must use DX11: This only works via DXVK.

• No need to edit boot.conf
• Launcher: This is for Steam; I’m not sure about other launchers.

Yes completely fine.

It is ONLY character voices that are affected, and restarting the game only has a like 1/10 chance of fixing it. Even if its fixed, it has a chance to break while I'm playing.

It makes me not want to do the story because I just straight up miss out on all the dialogue lines.

For me, it loads on laptop too. It took me to exit the game, and Run as Administrator. The Releasing Resources 0.0% issue won't happen that way most of the time.

What does happen to me too, and I wonder if it happens to anyone else is... The performance in laptop has been tanked terribly, before this update, each time I had to install a new update even with the graphics pop-up, I'd be able to play perfectly fine. No lag, no spikes, no long waiting times, the game was optimized really good despite my GPU Overload being in the yellow.
