After downloading it, you will have will now have a file name 3c7c884a-245b-42bb-9fe5-5b2945d806b1.1, rename it to hgdownloadsdk.dll
If you can't do that because the file extension doesnt show, you need to enable it on explorer

After that, move/copy the dll to the game folder, which will depend on where you installed it, but can be accessed from the launcher(standalone) by clicking on the 3 lines next to Play > Game Settings > Open File Directory. If you are on Epic Games Launcher, on the game settings it also should have a button to open the directory(i am not sure, as i hate EGS)

You can also backup the original file(rename it something else, like hgdownloadsdk.dll.bk for example, instead of replacing the file

Download it at your own risk, as you should never trust strangers on the internet, in which case your options for now are:

1. Contact Support by sending them a email to their official CS Address ([e-mail])
2. Wait for HG to fix the issue via a patch/hotfix

Buy one as in a newer Intel CPU? If so i would just recommend going with AMD since Intel's newer processors are in a very early adopter stage where they provide much higher value but they might still be a pain to use as they did a pretty big architecture upgrade meaning the drivers will probably be unpolished.
