or you should give a try turning gsync off see for turning some settings on or off, limiting framerates (we specified some, and you need to look at which api you are using, especially you're on DX11 and not vulkan)

FG also won't work like this in arknights endfield

back to this, Zencrox recommends DDU because you need to do a clean install, as you are jumping to a bigger newer version. Optionally you can install 591.xx using the installer and hope there's an option for a clean installation of of the nvidia driver
