i'd advise you to revert your nvidia graphics driver to version 591.86, as future versions are unstable and will cause multiple issues depending on the version you have

it's possible to revert drivers in the nvidia app, download the drivers and install from the website, or clean install following the DDU tutorial that's attached to the pins

a few things

• if you have no issues with vulkan, you can continue using vulkan. (highly unlikely)
• switch to dx11, only issue you need to worry is the memleak (not sure if they fixed it yet).
• Nvidia app & reinstall the old driver you been using
• Clean Reinstall with DDU & Manually find the old drivers. (There our DDU in the pinned message)

most likely something went wrong with your isp domains getting the account data from the server for you

try using CF Warp VPN & see if that fix the ping issue

Personally, especially for new users, I'd recommend Nobara or Bazzite

Bazzite if you do not want to care about updates (everything's automatic) get stability without much of a chance of breaking your system. Focused on gaming, though can be used for more than that.

Nobara if you want some more freedom in stuff you can install on your system

Both Fedora-based (you get newer packages, better hardware support)

if you're not technical enough, PopOS of Bazzite
if you're somehow technical, Fedora KDE / Nobara
if you're technical and also have a superiority complex, CachyOS or Arch

Fix Permissions
