It happens when the timer gets negative, then the game spams refresh time to infinity. Someone forgot their basic programming rules and didn't add negative prevention to something that should never be negative lol

Select Browse my computer for Drivers -> Let me pick from a list of available drivers on this computer -> Have Disk... -> Browse -> Downloads -> gfx_win_101.8531 -> Graphics -> Select any Setup Information file that's inside -> Click Open -> Select from the list of available drivers, according to the screenshot attached to this tutorial -> Confirm and proceed with forcing the driver update.
