To fix this issue of Plastic textures/low quality textures (for anyone in the future having this issue ❤️ )

Go to Ingame Graphics Settings
Scroll down until you find Scene Details
Put it to high even on Medium you will find those plastic textures so keep it on high for now
You might loose out on 2-3 FPS though depending on hardware.
