whenever you "take out" a turret ghost, its already counted as a turret. so if your limit is 7 and you have 7 down it will show as 8/7 even if only 7 exist. you will also NEVER see 0/7 for this reason because as soon as you take out the first ghost it is 1/7

The issue isn't the blight, that was an attempted solution

the issue is that the game does not recognize that I've placed a Forge of the Sky

I was going to try to get the last AIC data node for Wuling by getting to a little island blocked by blight and getting the ability to put down two forges
