looks like the 5700x generally runs a bit lower than that though

they aren't going to fry it at 1.4v but i'd definitely recommend lowering it

Ok I've done the clean install using the guide and everything and did some testing

The stutters are still there, despite clean install.

They seem to happen when I move into an "unloaded" area. For instance if i just stand still and move the camera around there are 0 stutters, its supersmooth. So i tried the following:

1. Open the game, load into Wuling
2. Run through central parts of Wuling = the game stutters
3. Run back the same way i came = the game doesnt stutter as much

So it seems it stutters a lot when loading in new areas/assets or whatever its called

Then I did the running-test again, by closing the game and re-launching it and doing the same run through Wuling. Same stuttering, it stutters the first run-through but not when running through the same area again.

You can see in the screenshot that FPS drops by almost half sometimes, these are the real bad stutters that almost last 0.5-1seconds. It wasnt this bad before, sure the game dropped fps sometimes in a new area but not like this
