I have 4k one and i got used to some occasional small screen tearing in many games when played in full native 3840 x 2160, no matter if it was on windows or now on linux. Endfield also gives me some tiny screen tearing in some places but nothing this severe, constant or noticable XD
if nobody sugested it i would try checking in lower resolution ingame (for some reason any lower resolution for me is windowed mode) or lower resolution in system settings, just to check if it's a specific to that.
