Thing is, I am aware this game includes a form of kernel-level anticheat, and I have Linux on my computer for multiple reasons. I have found some guides on using proton versions to launch and play on Linux, and accounts of people not being banned for logging in. I am wondering however if there have been any statements regarding endfield or at the very least the OG arknights about Linux being off-limits?

I am honestly just afraid of being beamed for it. I know companies often state at some point if they are ok with Linux users doing their thing or not (Roblox for example started enforcing a Linux ban for their own reasons, most Online games don't really mind, etc)

1. What frequency it is, DDR3? DDR4? If so, is it 3000Mhz? 3600?
2. Ignore anything that doesn't say its laptop ram (if you do have a laptop. Its also called sodimm. Shorter, chunkier sticks).
3. Going back to frequency, make sure whatever you buy is at the same frequency or higher what you have rn
4. Make sure your machine doesn't have something like, 2 4gb sticks making it 8gb total. If that's the case, buy an 8gb stick and sell the 4gb leftover
