Iirc I believe thats an issue with the cutscenes in general? Don't quote me on that, but I dont think you're the only one experiencing lower res/quality cutscenes

if you have DLSS/FSR enabled, you could try disabling them (or increasing their quality settings)

In Uline, after the cutscene ended, I abruptly switched to the map without realizing the game would require me to enter research. After I clicked on the map, the map slowly flickered, and I thought, "Probably just training, no problem, I'll teleport to the Center and quickly complete it." For me, this was a big mistake. In Uline, I teleported to Valley IV, and the game asked me to press T or ALT and click the APC research tab with the mouse. When clicking this tab, it doesn't matter whether it's with the mouse or keyboard. When I go to the APC, the game doesn't freeze, but it completely locks all controls. The mouse and keyboard don't work. This is what it looks like:

The game works, I recognized this by the following signs:

there are 2 ways for a gmail

a login to google

and a normal login via gryphlink account

Switch to vulkan, and try turning that dlss quality setting to quality, after that you can turn on Hardware accelerated scheduling on windows 11 graphics settings. I got 20 fps changing just that specific setting.

Also i found a weird thing where turning on HAGS(hardware accelerated gpu scheduling) gave me more fps, like 20 more fps compared to if I have it off, for reference I am on a laptop 3070.
