Afterr exiting immersive/immersion mode from Wuling, I teleported to Valley 4 and got an AIC Factory Tutorial.
I then tap/click it and the game is somehow just stuck... background is moving so the game is not "frozen"... might be a scripting bug

I get why they do this but this is literally how I game. Any known workaround for this?

You can sometimes trick it with only disabling the hypervisor CPU flag and setting the KVM hidden state

I have a game breaking (possibly) bug report.
Afterr exiting immersive/immersion mode from Wuling, I teleported to Valley 4 and got an AIC Factory Tutorial.
I then tap/click it and the game is somehow just stuck... background is moving so the game is not "frozen"... might be a scripting bug

I have verified game files on PC and repaired on Mobile and the issue still persists

Less of a tech support issue and more of just a general bug report, but if you change the installation location in the launcher it doesn't delete the old files and leaves them untouched on your computer. Does anyone know if there's a better place to report this?

Ok, had this issue, but I think I fixed it, so want to give my journey in case anyone was struggling with the same issues and hopefully doesn't repeat my mistakes because I was probably acting like a dumbass 😭

Day 1 could open the game, I may have went hard on graphics thinking my laptop could handle it, it could not, that shit crashed. Okay fine, I turn it on again and try to play again. This time it's yelling at me to update my drivers, I say fuck that and skip, the game loads but I have a black screen, fine, I restart my laptop and update all my drivers, launcher is still yelling at me to update drivers.

So I realize that the game was defaulting to my integrated Intel GPU, and not my Nvidia GPU. So I go to windows settings and set the game to use my Nvidia GPU, that shit still does not work and either my screen freezes or I get a black screen. So I go into Nvidia control panel and try to set display settings as Nvidia GPU Only. It does not work as it defaults to Automatic. So I find a setting to basically force it to be on Nvidia GPU Only and it works for a while, until my laptop crashes again and now the issue was that upon boot up, my screen would go black no matter what. I think it's because I basically barred my regular Intel GPU from being used.

After panicking and somehow fixing it and going back to normal settings. I decided to try out an idea I probably should've done at the start. Since I already had the game set to use my Nvidia GPU through Windows, I also set the launcher to use it. And this ended up working, so now my laptop is fine, and the game finally runs 😭

Tldr: If the game gives you a black screen or freezes your screen when you open it, try setting both the game and launcher to use dedicated gpu through Windows graphics settings

Not particularly. Normally the instance of the crash is like:

Enter ice area -> Give it 5 seconds to a minute -> Game freezes and crashes.

It’s only in this area that it does it, because the game runs beautifully in every other area. I’m running a C Series CyberPower PC with a AMD Raedon GPU

I'd like to change some of the controls (since the in-game options are practically empty...).
(I found it on WuWa to customize my controller inputs, but I can't find it for Endfield.)

I'd like to change my controls as follows:

• Jump => Circle.
• Dash/Evade => R1.
• Combo => Triangle.
• Interact => Cross.

There's no conflict between the functions with these types of controls, I don't understand why the devs are preventing us from doing this...
