What should I do to get a resolution?

I am probably cooked, I made my account 4 days ago using google login. No problem doing it and logging back these 4 days, even today
BUT, I logged out to see how the account change method was to help a friend. I used a new email to create the account and finished the initial tuto (up to when youre asked your name)
Then I logged out and came back to my original account with google login, but it sent me again from the beginning (the elevator where you pick your appearance), I checked in both servers (Global / Asia) and both sent me to the very prologue.
I checked emails and none have any confirmation / code / binding to the game, even when before logging out the first time I checked the in game account center and it showed my google login

Hi! Personally I use vanilla arch, but if you don't want to deal with the manual labor part of that, you can try Endeavour OS! Or you could switch to a Fedora package base and try Nobara!

However, I'm unsure if this will actually fix your issue. We have identified the random kicks as an issue with NTP timing on some people's systems. If your clock jumps more than like 6.5ms, it'll kick you

You could try a different kernel, or even another distro, but nothing is guaranteed to fix it

I personally use Nobara KDE plasma. I just switched over a few days since I had enough of windows. I used protonplus and installed dwproton and added the game launcher to steam. I basically followed the pinned message on this channel.

The issue with Linux mint is it's based on a 2 year old version of Ubuntu with an old kernel, it doesn't even support Wayland properly yet, and the older package base will just cause more headaches

They are both Fedora based but, Bazzite is immutable, you cannot change the system files as they are read only. It is a managed experience.

The benefits of this are increased stability and user friendliness, as your system is identical to every other Bazzite users system (at a system level), and there's update snapshots built right in for easy rollbacks. The cons of this are if you need to modify system files, you will not be able to. It gives you much less system level control

Nobara is not immutable, giving you full control over the system if you like it. It's based on Fedora still, so you'll get rock solid reliability and a good gaming experience. This does mean you can break things if youre not careful, but youre already used to CachyOS so this is probably the option I would recommend first @lofty harbor

I managed to mess up the "Fullscreen" option here by Alt+Enter and now that 2400x1350 persists even over game restarts and file verifications, it should be standard 2k 2560x1440. Trying to pick it just makes the game completely spazz out and teleport all over the screen

Main thing in Bazzite, you don't really need to care about updates
Everything's automatic, and the system being immutable (image-based), it will just work without issues
But the second you need to do something more advanced (like installing explicit system packages that can't work with containers), you'll either have to work with a VM or taint your system image

With Nobara you get a lot more control, but it's also easier to break (less guardrails, update configuration, etc), otherwise you can use it exactly the same way as Bazzite
