Yes, but this in turn will make two different accounts, one on the EU and the other on Asia, and you cannot transfer your progress from one to another because your data is saved on each respective server.

So if you're planning to play for a long time and really want a payoff by playing right now, make sure to also play your account in Asia at the same time.

And this is the easier method instead of just making two accounts, this just makes you have like two saved progresses in one account.

Is your PC perhaps a pre-built? If so, try replacing the thermal paste in the CPU, and maybe consider buying a better CPU cooler. A good air cooler is already enough, but you could also go for AIOs (all-in-one), but that's a bit on the pricey side.

Also try to debloat your Windows, as Windows generally has bad, very bad optimizations when it comes to gaming. Try not to start 10 programs whenever you open your computer. Also remove any unnecessary programs trying to open on startup. Use Windows Defender only, that's more than enough nowadays, and antivirus is more like a dead weight now, unlike before. Also, update your GPU drivers and keep your system up-to-date

Honestly, your build is already stacked compared to mine, and I can still play somewhat comfortably (but I mostly play on mobile, so that's a different case), and I'm quite confused on your statement that your build is somehow not able to run at least comfortably

I do have riot vanguard, but 1. I've got other friends who use that too playing just fine. And 2. I closed out of riot vanguard just to check and it still happened. As far as I can tell, its my computer itself rejecting the anticheat because it "doesnt allow interactive services", is what it said in the crash report.

Of course I am aware that I probably have to wait for some kind of update but the issue I have is... I'm not seeing much being said about it by anyone and it's not on the list of known bugs. So I'm not even actually sure the devs are aware this issue exists yet.
