4.In-game: No GPU toggle available

■Workaround
Disable 3060 -> 2. Launch game -> 3. Re-enable 3060. Works, but it's a huge pain to do every launch.
I can't keep 3060 disabled as I need my sub-monitors.

■Question Does anyone know a way to force the GPU via config files or launch arguments?

I fixed the problem by remapping the keys RT and LT to the back buttons I have on my controller (if you don't have a mapping function for the controller, I'm sorry to say this isn't for you)
Anyway, this seems to be a problem in the game detecting trigger buttons correctly and by remapping them to normal buttons it works perfectly, so if you have a similar 3rd party controller try this method

When I click "Launch" in the launcher, the button goes grey and the launcher minimizes. The game fails to start, and the button in the launcher becomes active again.

In Task Manager, Endfield.exe occasionally appears for a few seconds, but usually doesn't show up at all. Logs barely have time to update or even be created; the game crashes instantly without any error messages or the launcher closing.

kinda weird to ask, but your monitor is a TV or something? I know a lot of "fail to start" errors that are just due to resolution error and not being able to pop up the game, or even the anticheater bugging due to it (thus crashing, or doesn't even starting at all
well, the log is really indicating something really different, but I don't know, maybe? sadly the only thing that really fix it is waiting till resolution fixes or really changing monitor, or in a lucky scenario, being able to get the game configs in .txt and changing resolution and more, like, brute forcing the resolution you need to start, or it will crash and crash (sadly many games don't generate this file, so you can't change, sometimes u can copy for someone and bruteforce this way too)

So there's something weird going on with my game client, so I'm currently playing on mobile and by default it's all set to very high graphics preset, 30 fps, at medium render. As always, I upped the FPS to 60 for a more smoother experience, but I've encountered heating issues along the way. But surprisingly, I'm getting stable FPS and it only fluctuates between 56 and 60 FPS.

Now I've decided to just use the high graphical settings instead, but still retaining that 60 fps at medium render. But now I'm getting frame drops and stuttering all of a sudden, and sometimes the game just locks me at 30 fps. It really sounds very counterintuitive since it should be the better settings for me since it's not overheating as much.

While the extreme write and read speeds are good to consider, it's more important that your SSD has a DRAM cache which on it's own will tremendously improve performance. Lots of low end SSDs just scam you by not including a dram cache

Well, at least in my case, SATA SSDs are much cheaper compared to NVMe M.2 SSDs. Although the newer standard is objectively better in many regards, it doesn't really hold up that much when it comes to budgeting. Not all individuals have the money to invest in such a piece of tech, and SSDs, arguably, still do their job, even at 2026 and beyond.

Although HDD is still an option for storage, it is not recommended anymore and is generally considered the "backup" drive in your system rather than a drive you would want to use for gaming or work-related stuff.
