I know what it is, it's your SOC and battery management, its forcing the cap so you don't overheat and cook the phone. If you want to turn it off you have to put your phone battery/power mode in performance setting and if that doesn't work you have to disable Joyce in app perms I think.

Losing half of my fps in frame gen would be fine if I was vram limited but i'm not, I have 16gb vram. For example in Expedition 33 i got ~70fps without fg and 110-120fps with it (55-60fps base fps). But in Endfield I go from 140fps to only 163fps. I'm asking why because it's definitely really strange for dlss fg to cut my base fps from 140fps to 81fps
