It shouldn’t matter if you provide screenshots and as much information as you can as proof of purchase. If they can’t provide a refund (which I doubt but again this will take a while), contact your bank.

It usually occurs when your information is not connecting to the servers. If you wait after you defeated the enemies. After awhile it will says your connection unable to reach the servers. Try a VPN. Thats how I progressed when I had that problem

After some time between 10 and 30 minutes my system completely freezes and raises BugCheck Error: 0x00000133.

Hardware:
CPU: 9800X3D
RAM: 32GB 6000MT/s (CAS 30)
Storage: Samsung Pro 1TB NVME (Gen5)
GPU: AMD 9080 XT

I've tried the following:

• running the game in Dx11 Mode from Launcher
• lowering and changing various of graphics settings
• reset graphic settings

I can provide a crash dump file if necessary....

This seems to be happening when I am in menus like;
