if you're running dx11, it's just more compatible and easier because its older. dx12 is going to be harder than vulkan. both apis are meant to be for modern hardware. im gonna assume though one reason why you couldnt work it with vulkan is most likely the ram

if u used flingtrainer or cheatengine earlier (even when u already closed) it will show this. restart your pc
