• Estella 3rd slot in clue room, 418% efficiency working for 21 hours, 6h secondary cycle working at 220% efficiency

Decided on 210 hours total, Akekuri option had 180h of main cycle work and 30h of secondary cycle work, Estella option had 168h main cycle, 42h secondary cycle. The secondary cycle is to represent the rest time of the main working team
In total, Estella i.e. efficiency focus is about 10% better than mood loss reduction focus. The short rest time of 6h makes the longer work time barely consequential, as you can see in 210 hours the Akekuri team only really works 12h longer.

TL;DR efficiency better if you swap them out before they hit 0 mood.
