Antal is more buffs and better energy regen for fangyi, akekuri just doesn't compete. Arclight generates enough sp for the team if you space perlica's and fangyi's combo out (arclight can combo twice)

Imo antal is BiS coz he can give fangyi her ult in 3 combos, plus better buffs than p1 ardelia, plus you get a level 4 electrification at the start of fangyi's ult meaning 2 max damage skills back to back at the start of her ult

the only real reason hes not clearly BiS is because theres competition with other strong debuffers(gilberta) and also theres a reasonable arguement to use another vanguard instead of a debuffer(because arclight is mid af)
