I think the biggest issue with Rossi honestly is the setup required to get her CR/CD buff that makes her a bit sub-optimal for really fast clears.

Best method I have found around it is to pre-cast your ultimates that you can throw out early ahead of her combo-triggers final hit.

But even then you're pretty much tied to a 20 second rotation ideal world.

Although to be fair that's likely a good amount of time, as otherwise you struggle with combo skill cool downs for the next rotation.
