teams with multiple dps would be where it can vary
the more recently made timelines should include who is doing basic attack sequences (A1/2/3/4/5/etc, Final Strike) but the older ones don't. In those cases where there are multiple DPS units and also the timeline is absent or otherwise doesn't include basic attack sequences it's fine to ask

124.8% UGE needed to have Ult ready from 0 to 100% in that rotation.
