At higher potential's it's definitely the buff weapon. As it cancels out everything Endmin sig provides except for arts intensity (which you get a lot off from gear anyway). So really it's like 80 arts intensity versus 21% ATK for the team.

Which is a no brainer 21% ATK wins every single time.

P0 stuff though I can see Endmin sig being a lot closer if not better.

I think one thing that's worth keeping in mind with Rossi is without combustion she's losing 50% of her damage. The reason is doesn't matter so much rn is the fire team options are extremely bad.

So you can run her with Cryo & it can still argubly be better. As soon as we get a fire version of Tangtang or a better version of Akekuri though.

Rossi will clearly lap the other nukers in terms of damage potential.

Since the idea was use Gil's Ult for the Arts Suscept buff which is based on how many Vuln stacks are on it, then use Pog's Ult>BS>Combo, Akekuri Ult (which does no dmg), leaving Rossi to Ult and gain 1-2 buffs from Gil + Breach and Repute buffs + Akekuri Ult buff and Thermite buff

Might be able to get Gil's armor buff into the mix too depending on SP

Then if you used Yungling Ult dmg kit along with the MI Sec gloves, would be over 100% to Ult dmg. Spicy Meataball

Not sure if it's worth the tradeoff of losing the 13% crit tho

One kit pushes it to 72,5% and 2 kits pushes it to 85,5%.

Problem is that with lower Crit rate it would take longer for Rossi to stack signature and Mi security set effect, and also if you don't crit the effect from Rossi's second passive Seething Blood will not activate.

Also Rossi unlike Yvonne has much higher crit damage (160% vs 110%), so her crits are kinda substantial.

My logic is that for Yvonne slab made more sense because her atk was more on the lower side + there were not as many sources of attack as compared to other characters/teams.

Rossi's case it seems to be the opposite, where attack buffs are more common and also her crit damage being higher increases the value of crit rate.

It might change depending on the team tho.
