We do have a contract with Royal mail to help ad-hoc cover their logistics essentials when they get busy during their peak periods. Logistics is an industry with a lot of money in it though I'd advise anyone who wants a well paying white collar job to look into it. The driving side doesn't pay to well, but the planning & compliance side does.

I started as basically a customer service front-facing guy. Sometimes it helps to lie a little on your CV as well. Nobody cares if you had a dodgy CV once you've getting your foot in the door an can do the job. An for me it's just about common sense & problem solving. Which you seem to have plenty of with those basic tools you can go quite far. I have been through 4 promotions without ever actually applying for any new jobs, just higher ups in the business pulling me to 1 side & asking me to step into a bigger role.

I stopped going to University myself, I realized coding wasn't for me & game development jobs don't pay well & have terrible turn over. So I don't even have a degree. Once you get to a certain level in business though people stop caring about your qualifications & start caring about your capabilities. Also helps massively if you can handle stress of course some people just can't an for them I'd say avoid logistics an work in a shop.

Some of the most useless staff I have ever had working for me have university degrees.

i have experience atp as well because of volunteer work but its just so oversaturated with applications everywhere
I had an interview and was basically told that i didnt stand a chance because there were hundreds of applications loads with years of recent relevant experience

add on my health conditions and ive definitely had people turn me away from them alone

Yeah I can't really comment to much on that, if it's something you can control I'd simply say don't share them originally & only share once you've got yourself settled in the role & are doing it well. Businesses aren't allowed to discriminate against health conditions, but until you've past your 3 month probationary period they have zero obligations to you at all. An they can also just say during the interviewing process "we found a better candidate".

Sometimes honesty isn't the best policy at the start sadly.
