For me if we're not talking about personal damage (which clearly her sig is best for). This is the important part of her sig. Under ideal conditions that's just a straight up 16.8% team damage buff. Although obviously at P0 values are likely half that. But the fact the uptime is pretty much constant. Even an extra 8% team damage is pretty big.
