there's currently no +atk% on twilight, so i used +crit rate% at a 1:1.4 scale as reference instead, with a 1:1.393 from twilight sub-stat to second stat scaling

as for the dmg%, using aspirant's total buff of 57.6% (100.8%) at R4 (R9) using 3 stacks, i scaled it up by 33.33% to get +76.8% (134.4%) dmg% at 2 or 3 stacks, honestly not sure how many they'll require but if chen requires 3 then its not improbably rossi requires 3 too
the actual % values themselves were common numbers used, and they line up really nicely with 33.33% increase from a 5* third stat to a 6* third stat

suppression has existing atk% numbers so i just used those, though given their similarity to what i calculated for twilight, there's a non-zero chance that both are +11.2% (+19.6%)
