so you are either dropping like pog and losing all pogs benefits for rossi to gen 2 stacks every ult at best, or you're dropping lifeng/chen who stack faster and provide their own benefits

or if you run an infliction stacker to combo more often you lose 2 aforementioned units and its giga sunk cost

rossi also likely can't do things like swordmancer or xiranite very well, compared to existing slots
