these arent mine but it's an original AK oldhead's and they appear correct(though I only ran a few of them myself), you might be getting expected crit returns wrong or something since it's only 9.75%. line 3 only works on staggered and even with standard endmin stagger timeline with ult vs staggered p5 steel is 3% better
total dmg for p0 ascent is 448087 with no stagger
p5 steel is at 490654 in same situation

I feel like if you try doing chen sundering steel uptime with aether tech it wouldnt make much sense. I think type 50 Yinlung is better suited for Da Pan if you are running sundering steel.
