The goal is always 4vuln breach > 4 vuln crush. How do you it and how many 4 stack crush you get in each breach window depends on your team, investment and ability to pilot.

technically you dont lose much if anything to just do the p5 seals build and assume you get p5 eventually
but you can run less charge to have a second lower charge breakpoint that ults every other rot to squeeze in more damage
if im being honest the minmaxxing on the lower charge breakpoint is probably not worth it unless you're like p0, no more standard pulls and no intention to pull anytime soon
