Once it staggers, dumpster damage.

I had 1060/min out of 1080/min Ferrium Ore yield on Valley 4. I searched that I had not placed 1 mining rig on a mining spot where it already had 4 rigs working on it out of 5. When I went to place it the other 4 Rigs got disconnected because I moved the Electric Pylon. But after I placed the missing rig and connected them again the Rates somehow decreased and shows 810~ 880 for me.

not quite, because your yield can also increase for a product in your production line that never touches the depot (such as the dense originium powder from grinding units. don't know about you, but i never made it to store it)

the yield keeps track of how much you produce/consume over time, so it's not the depot being full that gets the yield to 0, it's the units getting clogged and being unable to produce more. if you produce something and leave them in a bunch of protocol stashes instead of sending them to the depot, it'll still count as yielding something

i think you're misunderstanding what "clogged" means in the context of endfield. a unit gets clogged when it tries sending a product out, such as the mining rigs sending the ores to the depot, or another unit trying to send something out on a belt or through a pipe. but if any of those belts or pipes are already full, then the unit can't send any more products out, so it waits for the outputs to get cleared, and is labelled as "clogged" in the meantime. the machines themselves don't malfuction, they're basically on standby.

so everything is working normally. your mining rigs get ferrium and send it to the depot. your depot's max capacity right now is probably 80k, so it gets full. when that happens, the mining rigs get clogged (in other words, they just wait for the depot to have more space). your production lines consume some of the ferrium, so your depot has space again. that's when the mining rigs stop being clogged, send out their ferrium, and get clogged again because the depot got filled to the brim right away.
