for the serious answer, try to do something purely relaxing 30mn before going to bed (reading, drawing, whatever it is you find relaxing). No phone, no screen tho. Get your head empty of all the stress and anxiety. If you feel sleep coming, just stop immediately. If not, just lie down and close your eyes. If sleep wont come because your mind keeps wandering, try to focus your thoughts on a specific stuff. Kinda similar to the counting sheep trick. One trick I've heard works well, is, you pick one letter of the alphabet (well, idk how vietnamese speech works, but whatever equivalent, sound, syllable....) and quote as many animals that start with it in your mind, then switch to the next one. I've heard this trick does wonders to help sleep
