2. no, electrification =/= infliction, its a reaction.

burst rotation looks something like this. no need to follow ^ to the letter, just get the key buffs down and you can be flexible for the rest
for downtime, unless u wnna minmax, just let yvonne do 2x cs + 2x bs (2 stacks each) in no particular order; that should cover yvonne's ult.
if you care a lot ab cycle, perlica can run uge gloves, and tangtang can run however much uge is necessary in your rotation

Yep in theory Ardelia will offer a bigger damage uplift than Gilberta. The problem is & has always been the practical setup time & delay you have in applying Ardelia's shred. Which leads Gilberta to see much more play as she's SP natural in a lot of teams. But if we start to get longer more difficult content. Ardelia will see a comeback.

Provided it's not longer more difficult AoE content anyway or Ardelia is still cooked.

Yes potentially, however it would be across multiple rotations for it to be a factor. An assuming multiple rotations in a nuke team is always a bad start point. Better to have the damage on damage on the first rotation. Even on multiple rotations the difference is going to be incredibly minor to be honest.

and popular picks for flex options being:

• arclight/akekuri/alesh: sp recovery with thermite enabler and their personal buffs
• gilberta: good susceptibility debuff
• antal: general comfort de/buffer + 1 elec stack on cs
• ardelia: same sp usage as antal with her own debuffs and whatnot

some rather not so popular options

• avywenna: works as subdps, also can provide Elec Susc and Infliction
• tangtang: universal arts debuffer but pretty invasive since she has 1 cryo stack on bs/ult
• Rossi: usual stuff where shes splashable for wheelchair comps

Ardelia's pitfall is simply how rear loaded her amp is & the extra SP cost to add her into the team. Gilberta is the opposite where she doesn't cost you anything and you can apply her damage amp almost on demand. I think Ardelia will find her place in the meta again but content needs to get a lot harder for that to happen.
