Me and Bluejay tried to make a Gilbless Rho phase skip though and we ended up needing to trade Antal for Ardelia to get more damage. I probably wouldn’t recommended Ardelia > Antal outside of Rho speed kills though tbh.

Basically yea, just make sure you have 120 pulls saved for her. Otherwise its a 25% chance of pulling. The banner is really good though if you werent around for Lae and Gil's banner, since even if you pull one or the other on your way to 120, you still get the selector to use for either the one you missed or p1. Honestly the best value banner so far as long as you have 120 pulls saved up and Gil and Lae are units you'd be happy with. Ardelia's p1 would be nice too if you don't have that yet, and I can't speak on Pog because I don't play Phys but I know he's BiS for most phys teams too.

Testing the damage dealt, like I said, you sacrifice overall damage on TT for a faster rot. So it depends on your team and if that faster rot increases their dmg enough to be worth sacrificing TT’s damage. Qingbo will not make TT do more damage though
