So when he hits 66% hp he transitions into phase 2. Even if he's fully staggered the stagger bar will just dissapear when he hits 66% hp. The only way to skip his phase transition is taking advantage of the stagger animation where he falls to his knees and gets back up. During that animation he wont transition no matter what his hp is at. Weirdly enough though, that animation takes 5 seconds at the half stagger point, and 3 seconds at the full stagger bar. So basically when full stagger Rho you have about 3 seconds before he'll transition into phase 2, though his stagger bar may dissapear just before that depending on how much dmg youre doing.

Very investment gated team based around single target, will not feel as good for story

Chen + Endmin + anything
Usual Chendmin wheelchair for story. Long term both Lifeng and Pogranichnik are desired but you can use Ember over Lifeng if you really wish. 'Endgame' version would opt for Akekuri instead of pog.

Chen + Endmin + Estella + Alesh
Shatter team. Solid, competent, clears all. Lower ceiling than other teams but the bad to clear is not that high

No reason to spend it right now, none of the unowned ones will further your roster alone, nor are potentials for the owned ones worth it

Ardelia p1 is decent but she's so regularly optimised out of teams for various reasons that going vertical isn't that valuable.

P1 LR gets you closer to the P3 breakpoint but it's again just not all that valuable when the game does not demand it, and relies on you actually being lucky enough to lose to LR twice. If you got P2 first then there's an argument to spend it for P3.

The remaining 3 units are for Physical teams. Usually you'd want Pogranichnik and then Lifeng > Ember. If you get one of the 3 as an offrate and want to play Monophys, or otherwise if a future limited unit supports that and requires another of the physical standard units you could spend it then.

Only reason to grab Ember is for situations like Agony Gas Umbral where you need the heals specifically
