Rossi would want a 'better' - moreso secondary - hybrid enabler. Better Vanguard option than Akekuri and even maybe a better Breach/Crush payoff.

'Phys' Rossi would want a better infliction applier who is also able to do something for Physical units than like Wulfgard or again Akekuri.

Arts Rossi would be happy with some unit to fill in her downtime, similar to like Tangtang
