neither is definitively better at the moment, and their damage is similar
with endmin you can modulate crush/ult windows and vul consumption for example 4/4/2 or 4/3/3, and she buffs the team better than panda, and also better aoe
while panda at the moment offers more flexibility and very comfortable rotations, it's always 4/4/4 with him since he applies so much vulnerability and doesn't cost sp to crush with

depends on the boss, with marble you can interrupt quite often so this is probably less of an issue, right now I don't consider looping rotations since every boss with a single healthbar/no regen on phasechange just gets mogged in less than one rotation
also delaying a fight for x seconds to kill the boss on the first crush is going to be faster than crushing x seconds earlier without the stagger but having to wait even longer for the second crush to actually kill the boss, is the gist of why I stagger before first crush

This is what gear Wulf should be using Along with OBJ. His ult procs corrosion for Lae's cs as well as resets the cooldown timer on his cs, on top of that his personal damage is so insignificant no matter how you try to build him that its better to use him as an ult bot for making Lae's rots faster.

On Antal's armour you only need to artifice UGE, but thats kind of a "only if you have nothing else to spend catalysts on" sorta thing. Antal will be the first to be replaced if Lae gets a proper limited Heat amplifier so no point in wasting too much mats on him.
