This is what whales don't show. This is the amount of pulls people on avg have to do in order to get max potential and max weapon. You can do the math yourself, i didn't have a lot saved up in the beginning because i pulled for tangtang and her weapon. So if you think about going all in, just beware of how much it will cost.
