yes, the gacha has 2 pity systems, the 120 pity one and your standard gacha pity. Everytime a new banner drops, it will always have the 120 pity for you to get the featured operator, but let's say on Laevatain's banner, you lost the 50/50 and then a new banner drops, the 120 pity for the featured operator will reset back to 0. The standard gacha pity for a 6* however, won't. Your standard gacha pity will carry over

You COULD run that but Ardelia should be giving you enough self sustain all on her lonesome being the best healer in the roster; also Ember is generally better despite being heat in a physical team as the sustain for said physical team.
If there was anything to change it would be swap Ember for Akekuri or Antal. Personally I do Akekuri but either is valid; both bring extra DPS and I like Akekuri for the SP regeneration + her skill does heat infliction which can trigger Wulfgards combo more consistently.

Start of my account was rough: pulled Ardelia from NH banner, then got her free again a day later. Hard pity on Laevatain (but pulled her weapon on first arsenal crate after). I never reroll accounts and just go with it. 'Cause its moments like this, when I got enough basic HH tickets for a 10 pull, that make it worth it.
