Honestly, the gacha feels really punishing. Pulling 6★ characters is super hard since the base rate is so low (~0.8%). And the pity resets every banner, so if you don’t get the featured character before the banner ends, all your progress is gone. On top of that, there are separate pulls for characters and weapons, which makes it even more annoying. Plus, the featured 6★ guarantee is super far away (120 pulls), which is kind of rough if you’re aiming for a specific unit
